Singing Lessons
Paola Tedde: insegnante di canto e vocal coach
I am passionate about all forms of communication, from the quiet act of listening to silence to the expressive power of singing. I have studied and worked on several continents, and today I live and teach where my roots are. I hold two degrees in pedagogy and vocal and music education, and I later deepened my training in a branch of osteopathy: craniosacral technique. Sharing what I have learned and nurturing a passion for growth in others is perhaps my greatest joy. Singing a cappella and experiencing chamber music bring a sense of infinity into everyday life.

Singing lessons for beginners/advanced singers/female choir
Through a progressive and experiential journey of warm-up exercises focusing on breathing and voice work, we explore the different stages that lead to free vocal expression supported by both body and soul. Participants gradually develop awareness of breath, sound, and resonance, discovering the natural potential of their own voice in a relaxed and creative atmosphere. Together we will sing a repertoire in different languages — classical, sacred, and folk — exploring different forms of vocal expression:
- singing in unison
- singing in several voices
- canon
- a cappella

Singing Lessons for People Who Think They Are Tone-Deaf
Many people believe they are tone-deaf and therefore unable to sing. In reality, most of us are born with a natural sensitivity to pitch — the ability to recognise and respond to the height of a sound. As we grow up and focus on language and other forms of communication, this natural ability may weaken, but it can be rediscovered and developed through attentive listening and practice. Difficulties with pitch can often be related to:
- emotional or vocal blocks
- lack of listening training
- lack of practice
Through guided listening exercises and a deeper awareness of our own voice and body in relation to sound, participants gradually learn to recognise pitch and the direction of sound. Step by step, they develop the ability to reproduce it more accurately and with confidence, until singing a melody becomes a natural and enjoyable experience.
